Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. You need to make an appointment to ensure that we can provide the therapy at a time that suits you.
Is it OK to eat before coming for a massage?
We suggest eating a light meal prior to a massage or coming on an empty stomach.
What body parts are treated during a massage?
We massage the legs, feet, back, neck, head, arms and hands. If you would like to skip any of these areas, just tell your therapist. Or if you would like a special focus on one of these areas, let us know that as well.
Can I shower at the clinic before a massage?
Yes. You must notify the front desk upon booking that you will be using the shower and they will let you know what time to arrive prior to your appointment.
What products do you use?
We use 100% pure and natural therapeutic oils that are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG).
Do I need to bring anything with me to use after a massage?
Bring warm clothes especially if you are having the hot stone therapy.
Is it safe to get a massage right after an injury?
No, we recommend waiting at least 48 hours after an acute injury due to possible swelling in the area. When you have swollen tissue it can be counterproductive to massage. You should ice any swollen areas and see a doctor if the swelling persists.
Do you accept payments by bank card?
Yes, Visa and MasterCard.
Do you have certified gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards.

To better serve you, please let your therapist know if you are pregnant or if you have any of the following: muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issues.
